Spa facilities are amazing, I would highly recommend the Egyptian hot stamp massage of Mrs. Zainab. The staff is super kind, joyous and peaceful, Mr. Shoum from the restaurant, making my check-out breakfast box with a fresh mango juice ready in a blink of an eye, Mrs. Merna and Mr. Joseph in the front desk being very helpful, upgrading my room to a jakuzi room, solving all my requests in minutes and, Mr. Besim delivering me my necklaces (that I realized that I forgot in my bathrobe’s pocket in the airport) in a speedy way right to the airport, all unforgettable… With the elegantly natural interior and exterior design in breeze of basil Ben Ben by Dhara is an oasis for Egyptian tourism. Because the place takes place in the lower dam you need to reach there by taxi and take the hotel’s boat waiting in the dock, but it’s worth the distance. I’d highly recommend, do not hesitate.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel so much. Best hotel to relax, enjoy the nile. Heissa island is nice as well, there are some restaurants there, so you do not need to leave the island if you want. To go to aswan, you need to take a boat from the hotel that takes around 15 mins and then take a car. Our experience in the hotel was so nice, Tamer the manager was always there for us, always checking on us and gave us recommendations. He was also so flexible with checkin and check out. The transportation from and to the hotel was so smooth, even though the hotel is on an island. Tamer always made sure the boat is available for us. Thank you Tamer for making our stay so special. The whole staff are very nice, breakfast was delicious, rooms are clean. So i would definitely come back again.

Its a no brainer to stay at this place for at least a night or two.. the location is just out of this world. Having dinner or breakfast while watching the Philae temple is something else. The employes are super nice, the rooms are clean and the food is great.

The place is really new, all is painted in white, very clean, new furniture, great bed and very comfortable mattress, bed linen all white and fresh, also the towels. The room is totally worth the price, is even better than you except, it fulfills the european standars ( like german clean hotel). The bathroom is spacious. The rooms are also very quiet, a thing that is hard to find in Egypt. The wifi works perfectly, each room has a smart tv, you can use your Netflix account in case all the programs ( also many with american movies in english) are not enough. They have a terrace above with a beautiful view over the river where they serve breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is very nice, it is traditional, but also they can make the eggs the way you like. The guest house is brand new, is a family business owned by JJ and Mona, who are amazing people, they take care of everything you need and are very warm, kind and welcoming people. They speak also good english so is very easy to get all the information you need. They offer services also for trips, to go visit the nubian village, the botanical garden or take a felucca ride for sunset at very good price. They are honest people. I talked to them a lot and are very open. I have been to many places and I can make a difference between a host who really cares about the wellbeing of the customers and the one who just does it for the business, definitely JJ and Mona are genuine carrying people. We loved them.
