Family run hostel. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. Staff spoke no English and communication was a little tricky. Location was great for hiking the Quilotoa Loop. Able to do some self service laundry (washing machine + drier) for free which was great mid hike! Included breakfast and dinner were good with plenty of food to go around.

The best and cleanest hostel room we stayed in in South America! Great location on the Quilotoa Loop. Lovely rooms, fantastic veggie food, and friendly atmosphere.

The family which runs the hostal are by far the most adorable persons we met on our vacation! Very attentive and helpful! The room was very clean with really hot showers! The vegetarian food was absolutely amazing and the banana bread is super delicious! The location is great for several hikes!

Great location on the Quilatoa Loop. Room was new, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Hot water in the shower. Tea, coffee and drinking water available all day. Food was delicious and plentiful. Good packed lunch for $3. Staff kindly arranged to send our luggage on to our next destination while we walked.
