we thought this was by far the best accommodation of our trip in Costa Rica. beautiful room with a beautiful pool and lounge area. The restaurant was well organized and the owner and team are super friendly and helpful. they really make you feel good. The beach is a 2-minute walk and the waves are good for beginners and advanced! I would love to come back here in the future and wish them all the best for now :)

Everything was perfect. The rooms were incredibly spacious, well decorated, bed was super comfy, great AC. The kitchen is super well equipped; even though we didn’t use it, I assume there is everything you might want or need. The pool was a wonderful addition on hot days! Great and super welcoming owners!! They are very helpful with all the local recommendations and are always there for the guests:) Simple, clean, cosy, great location and wonderful food!! The owners are friendly and accommodating. They gave me great recommendations for places to visit. The property is gated and feels very safe, and provides a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the town. My room was very clean and comfortable. We can barely believe this amazing spot exists! For an affordable price, we had a comfortable and stylish stay in a beautiful location literally a minute's walk from the beach. Playa Grande itself was an ideal alternative to Tamarindo, where you can have the beach practically to yourself for the morning and hear the crickets chirping as you enjoy the hotel pool in the evening. We also had wonderful service and conversation with all the staff. We highly recommend it!
