After a late checkin we could still use the hottub and were welcomed in an amazing way. Very friendly staff that will do everything to let you enjoy your time here. The perfect spot to visit Termales and the one I will always use from now. Liliana was absolutely incredible, she resolved all my issues way before we checked-in and made sure that we enjoyed ourselves to the best by giving us tips and recommendations.
