Completely surpassed my expectations. When you say Holiday Inn to a British person, you know what you’re getting, and it’s usually not that pretty. But this took it to a different level. absolutely stunning room very spacious and love the lighting and all the little items included. Bit of a walk from the airport, but it’s all indoors and they actually made it quite pretty with some of the features and designs on the way. Absolutely perfect for a transfer stay over.

Attention to Detail is Obvious "Every detail here is considered for guest comfort.The free round-trip airport transfers were punctual and hassle-free. I've never seen a hotel like this before! 🤯 The Shanghai Heyi Tang Hotel. 🏨 I stayed at the Pudong branch during a business trip to Shanghai and also brought my family along for a trip. Considering it would be convenient for taking care of the kids, I wanted to book a hotel that provided scenic - spot pick - up services when making the reservation. 🚥 After doing some online research, I found that the Shanghai Heyi Tang Hotel not only offers pick - up and drop - off services at Pudong Airport but also for five popular scenic spots 🗺— Disneyland, Haichang Ocean Park, Planetarium, Wild Animal Park, and Yaoxue Ice and Snow World. Our itinerary was for three days and two nights. The free pick - up and drop - off service is just amazing. I didn't have to worry about transportation during the trip. And the fact that they even offer midnight snacks at this price! Staying at this hotel is just so convenient! ✌ This is truly the top - notch hotel in Shanghai!!

The owner/main manager it is very good and helpful person, he is helpful with everything travel related. The room was very big, modern, clean and well equipped. The property looks very clean and I think is newly renovated. I stayed only one night as it was my layover, I managed to get to city for couple of hours. There is bus stop outside of the hotel which bring you to the metro station I think is 3km, then you can use metro to downtown and other areas.
