The units were clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and breakfast was lovely. The town is very small but the cabanas were central and walking distance to a great restaurant for dinner.

    Spotless room. I was on my own, out of season so not sharing with anyone else. If the hostel was full, possible delay to bathroom...? But wonderful host, very helpful with a punctured tyre I'd acquired and fast WiFi with big TV. Excellent hostel. Thank you!

    Great location in the town, excellent breakfast and Roxanne and her husband were lovely, caring and helpful. Cosy cabin with log fire and comfortable bed. Clothes washing service offered with a 2 night stay too.

    The room was very clean and the shared dining room and living space was large. There is a kettle and tea and coffee provided. The place is on the main road into Puyuhuapi, and a 5 min walk into the main town. There are short walks to do from the town itself, or half an hour drive ti the national park. The staff were very friendly... as an economy option this is excellent!
