The host was very kind and accommodating and went out of his way to help us prior to our arrival. He also sent us a helpful video explaining how to get into the property and where all the ammenities were. The house was well-insulated and had a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully stocked and ideal for a self-catering place. We really enjoyed the clean, soft linen and the comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.

Everything - location was right next to Hotel Sonne bus stop from where one can take direct bus to Ost, West and Wilderswil train stations. The property has all kitchen equipments and we could even cook Indian food easily. The rooms are spacious with one bathroom on first floor and one on ground floor. Me and my 2 dogs stayed in the Niesen cabin, it was cosy and has everything you need to spend a few days in the nature. The kitchen has an electric stove, a kettle, a coffee maker, a sink and a little fridge with a freezer drawer. Dish soap, dish brush, cloths and gargage bags were provided. I found the bed comfortable, the pillows were soft. Towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair drier were provided too.

We were met by the host Mario. He was very hospitable. He had gone into details to ensure our stay was Brilliant. The apartment is extremely comfortable for a family of 4. The additional bunk bed could accommodate 2 smaller kids. The location I would rate as the best in Interlaken. The apartment was extremely self-catering for a family to stay a holiday in.
