The owner was extremely warm and friendly. The room was very well appointed and comfortable, and the location was great. (To be fair, in a place as small as Turtmann the location could hardly be bad, but being right by the church was lovely.) Breakfast was fantastic consisting of absolutely delicious local produce (very local!!). We were able to make tea and coffee in the kitchen area and had our own shelf in the fridge which was a very good idea and much apprecicated. I would be very happy indeed to stay here again.

The property location was breath taking! Walking up to beautiful views for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday. Bastian the host was exceptional throughout this booking getting back to any of my enquiries and even set up a surprise balloon decoration and bottle of bubbly on arrival. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Very responsive owners, nice spa, we got two free drinks for a restaurant next door and... Something rare in Switzerland in my view (and I am a Swiss person), owners are actually genuinely trying to help and do not make a face when you speak English to them... I did not feel I was bothering when asking for smth, which again, is rare in Swiss hotel family owned... Refreshing :-)

    The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the facilities that we needed. The views were excellent and it was conveniently located as a base to explore the Magic Pass ski areas in this region of the Valais. I think it would also be a lovely place to stay in the summer.     The owners are just great. The provided me with all help I needed (earlier breakfast, advice etc.). The hotel is located in beautiful location just next to the bus station which takes you to Visp. The sauna and pool are great and views amazing. Restaurant serves delicious dishes.
