Personable and friendly staff who were always helpful. Quiet location (in a village) and only 15 minutes on the bus to Salzburg centre. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Lovely breakfast, super comfortable bed, spacious spa area with 4 different spa types and areas to relax. Absolutely spotlessly clean, the owners (family owned) obviously take a great deal of pride in making sure everything is perfect for their guests. Great place to stay, would highly recommend.

Great hotel, in the old town of Salzburg. The room is spacious, modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. Stefanie welcome was great, and set the tone for a great stay. We were upgraded to the loft. If you can manage the 3 flights of stairs, it was great. The automatic windows is great, but there is also an aircon. We were given bus tickets which we used on Bus 150 to Bad Ischl and back.

The hotel is a new one, located in the very heart of Salzburg, close to the river, you can even see the river from the hotel. Even is so central, I did not have problems with traffic, really quite room. Breakfast is really goood one, and espresso similar with italian ones. Stuff people very helpful, with all my request, even that we arrive at midnight, they guide us from the parking to the hotel, as they do not have their own parking, but is very close from the hotel. Recommend the hotel !
