Wonderful place to stop over on my travels through Europe by motorcycle. The room was huge and super comfortable, the facilities were excellent and staff all lovely. I had dinner in the restaurant too and it was fantastic. Breakfast was exceptional - the best spread I've ever had whilst on my European road trips. There are also communal areas with books and games, which is a bonus.

The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).

Great location (one resort was literally just around the corner), excellent service, a great apartment, and a reasonable price. There was a dedicated space to store skis and skiing shoes. Sometimes the internal parking was busy and you had to park outside the hotel but there was a dedicated parking area as well. I will come back here for sure! Note: If you plan to come with a dog, you will be charged with an additional fee of ~9-16EUR, depending on the size.

They gave us an upgrade, without us even requesting for it. I prenotated a room without a view of the lake, and to our surprise, they gave us the room directly facing the lake. It is really a gift for us. They do not know that it is our wedding anniversary. The staff is so friendly, food is very nice and abundant, and the whole facility is well-maintained.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! The apartment is truly exceptional! It has everything you might need – a spacious and comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary dishes and appliances, and a balcony with a stunning view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The whole place radiates peace and is perfect for relaxation. Everything is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming – we felt at home from the very beginning. The location is fantastic – the swimming area, hiking trails, and other activities are all within walking distance. We enjoyed every moment and would gladly come back. A top recommendation for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and natural beauty all in one place!
