The location in the mountains and the view are absolutely fabulous! We stayed in the „Ferienhaus“ and it was huge, much larger than we expected based on the description. We were there with three adults and 6 kids and the kids just loved the house with all it’s rooms and areas to run around in. The staff on the horse farm were also wonderful, the kids loved the riding lessons. We also did the parent-led pony ride which is a 40 minute walk through the surrounding mountains… amazing! Best pony ride we have ever done, hands down. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful location with very cozy modern rooms with all the facilities, good coffee machine, fridge and cooking facilities. Lovely owners too! Very quiet and excellent location if you want to hike, hike or rock climb. I particularly like to mention that it’s really nice to see that this hotel is making a nice attempt to be more eco friendly and encouraging guests to do so too. Will definitely try to stay here longer next time!

A special, family-run hotel. Great atmosphere and exceptional staff. We stayed with dinner and breakfast and they were wonderful, thoughtful and varied. I had the pleasure of staying in an apartment in the heart of the Austrian Alps, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking peace, comfort, and breathtaking views. The apartment was spacious, with a cozy bedroom and a separate living room connected to a well-equipped kitchen—perfect for a romantic getaway, family trip, or a vacation with friends. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the balcony with a mountain view was definitely the highlight of this place. Every morning, we could admire a picturesque landscape that took our breath away—a real treat for nature and mountain lovers! The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making us feel truly well-cared for. This location is perfect for both active vacations, with numerous hiking trails and ski slopes nearby, and for relaxing moments with a book on the balcony. The hotel fully met our expectations, and even exceeded them. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the magic of the Austrian Alps in comfortable surroundings!

The entire concept was extremely well-thought-out and the stay was great. The room was clean, modern, big and had everything you need (slippers, bathrobe, coffee maker, ...). The Hotel had a great spa and also a big "playroom" with a pool table, table tennis, darts and lots of games.

Rene and Joyce were excellent hosts, couldn't do enough for you. Rene is an exceptional chef and the food was delicious. The bedroom overlooked the mountains and had a wonderful sunrise. We were made to feel at home and will definitely be back to our new friends. Exceptional stat and very sad to leave.

    Location is amazing and very close to many places. You step out and have a beautiful view of the mountains and there is an hiking path as well as a possibility to take a stroll on the hills anytime. I would have liked to stay even longer if I had the opportunity. In addition, there are lots of horses that greet you every time one enters the apartment.

    A stunning location, all very modern and clean with excellent facilities. We travelled to Schwangau in Germany to do the tour of Neuschwanstein Castle and it was a great location at a reasonable price for that. Also very accommodating for our toddler - they provided a travel cot with a little teddy - a nice touch. They also had a few other little touches that were really nice but I won’t spoil the surprise! 😊

    We loved it here!! Had a few beautiful days, perfect location of the appartement, langlauf loipe next to the house, busstop also. Possibility to get nice fresh bread from the bakery every morning. We were with 3, my father and my friend. My father's one person bedroom had a separate bathroom which was a pleasant surprise to him. Kitchen was small but perfect. Very silent. Just couldn't be better!
