I truly appreciated how responsive you were to every request, and how much care you put into making everything comfortable. The room was spacious and lovely, and the free transfer to and from the airport was such a thoughtful touch that made it much comfortable. Amaaaazing location. Literally at the backside of the government bulding ! Which is right by the metro, which is right by the History Museum. It's just a few minutes of stroll to the main street and square. Incredible location. I shopped daily at Carrefour supermarket which is right outside the buiiding, and I walked daily back and forth from the Cascade back Everything is within reach. Super fantastic location! I appreciated having a washing machine and a kitchen so much ! I made good use of them everyday.

Great location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were excellent – the gentleman serving them was very kind and did a fantastic job. The breakfast restaurant was clean, beautiful, and truly pleasant. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable – everything was just perfect. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return. It’s a high-quality, classy hotel in Yerevan.
