Magical place. The owner welcomes you in fluent English, French, German or Italian, and is a lovely host who was great company and provided very helpful recommendations. Absolute highlight was the breakfast and dinner, all made from fresh local products, which were some of the best meals we have had in Albania. Very friendly staff as well.

Oooh this was extraordinary experience indeed. Everything was perfect specially the recipcienist niveen. Oh god me and my friend can't thank her enough, truly for all the arrangements she helped us with and all were on point with a price that shocked everyone who asked us about later 😁 The hotel location is more than perfect, it's close to all interesting areas yet its far from all the noise. It's unique in its own way with very calming and cool design. The service at the restaurant were also great, at the morning the breakfast has three main dishes with huge portions and all taste great. The evening service also were great where we had few drinks. Definitely my choice of hotels at Shkoder, one to count on 👍

This was our first time visiting Albania, and we didn’t know what to expect, but this accommodation left us with the best impressions. We were greeted by very friendly and warm staff. Throughout our stay, we felt just like at home. The staff were very caring and kind. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. The room was cleaned every day. The price for such service is far too low. I really enjoyed my stay here! The place has a calm vibe, a nice chill-out area, a clean and spacious bathroom, and two very friendly owners — Dion and Christian, who made me feel welcome from the first day. Also, bonus points for the ginger cat who guards the place like a furry little king. Definitely a spot with soul.
