We just loved this place in the middle of nature, a short walk to the lake... The host was so friendly and always smiling and the breakfast was one of the best (with turkey and chickens running around)!! The room had all that we needed (good pressure in the shower, air-conditioning and a strong WiFi) including a fridge. Thank you.

Lovely and quiet place for a retreat. We loved the food and the recommendations from the owner and staff were so yummy. Extremely affordable restaurant with fresh delicious food. Our recent stay at North Star Hostel was great. First and foremost, the location couldn't have been better. Situated in the heart of Shkoder we were within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making exploring the city incredibly convenient. What truly set North Star Hostel apart, however, was the outstanding staff. From the friendly receptionists who greeted us upon arrival to the attentive housekeeping team, everyone went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. One of the highlights of our stay was the secure parking for our motorcycles. As avid riders, having a safe and designated parking area for our bikes was a major priority. We could relax and enjoy our time in the city knowing that our bikes were in good hands. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We had a lovely stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. They gave us some great local tips and were always available if we needed anything. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very well equipped,everything from kitchen utensils to extra blankets was provided, which made our stay super comfortable.
