Our trip to Tirana was sublimated by the hotel team, an incredible kindness and professionalism ! Great apartment with perfect service! Sandra contacted me in advance to arrange a time for the introduction and check-in. She was extremely punctual, always helpful, and friendly. We had reserved a parking spot, and everything went smoothly. The rooms are very clean, tidy, and beautifully furnished. Nothing was missing—there was a hairdryer, shower gels, soap, and even a large bottle of water provided. The apartment is in the heart of Tirana and directly in the city center. We also booked an airport shuttle taxi. The taxi was there well ahead of time, and we were informed in advance about what the taxi looked like and its license plate number. The customer service was excellent. I could contact Sandra via WhatsApp at any time to ask questions or share my requests. I always received a response within seconds. Overall, I can say that Rooftop Apartments is highly recommended, and I will definitely book my stay here again when I return to Tirana. Thank you, Sandra, for your hospitality and constant willingness to help! Betim

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room was absolutely new, spotlessly clean, and looked exactly like the photos– a rare treat! Despite ongoing construction outside (which seems common across Tirana), the room itself was very quiet, ensuring we slept well. The thoughtful amenities were a highlight: secure lockers for valuables and fast, reliable Wi-Fi made our stay comfortable and convenient. Every detail felt well-considered, and the staff was friendly and efficient. While the construction noise during the day was noticeable (not the hotel’s fault), it didn’t overshadow our positive experience. We’d happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a modern, well-equipped base in Tirana!
