Miyajima Guesthouse Mikuniya is a traditional Japanese-style guesthouse located on Miyajima (Itsukushima). I thought this would be just a nice sleepover place and nothing more but it is so beautiful and has a very unique traditional feel that it made our stay on the island so much better. You even get free breakfast/dinner if you don't have time to eat outside and depart early in the morning/ don't manage to fetch a table in a reataurant in the evening because there is limited amount of restaurants that are open in late evening or early morning. The whole house is very authentic and the family that runs the place also offers a little souvenir shop with super cheap prices of local souvenirs, some even locally handmade. Thr staff is super nice and the xommom areas welcoming to spend the evenings in game/living room. Also had beautiful garden and amazing views from the rooms right on the sea

El Miyajima Seaside Hotel está situado a solo 5 minutos en coche del puerto de ferris de Miyajima, utilizando su servicio de traslado gratuito, y goza de unas vistas preciosas al océano. TODO. Te pueden recoger desde donde te deja el ferry, y la movilidad también te puede llevar ahí para que vayas al tori gigante. El hotel es elegante, moderno, tiene un Onsen y lo dejaron funcionando una hora más por nosotros (habíamos llegado en la noche al hotel). El cuarto fue hermoso, todo tradicional, con una vista al mar increíble. La cena estilo japonés y te la pueden servir en la habitación, el desayuno si es en la sala común. El personal muy atento y cálido, nos ayudó en todo momento.

Bed&Cafe Onzo オンゾー está en Onomichi, a 24 km de Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine, y dispone de alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Very clean and spacious enough for 1 night during the Shimanami Kaido. Host was very friendly and also let us leave our bags while we enjoyed the town. Would stay again.

みやうら御殿 está en Imabari, a 35 km de Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine y a 38 km de Saikon-ji Temple, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, jardín y salón de uso común. You need a car to get there. But the view over the ocean and watching the sunset is unbeatable. It had everything you needed for cooking, so well equipped.

滔々 倉敷民藝館南の宿 toutou, Mingeikan Minami no Yado se encuentra en Kurashiki, a 8,6 km de Mizushima Ryokuchi Fukuda Park y a 10 km de Tanematsuyama Park, y ofrece habitaciones con wifi gratis. Our best stay in Japan. Most traditional place I have been. Super super fliendly staff. Easy to get inside and able to order UberEats and eat in the hotel room. Very clean en a lot of natural light.

Minpaku Yorozuya - Vacation STAY 12905 se encuentra en Kurayoshi, a 49 km de Tottori Sand Dunes, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. This was the best choice we made in all our trip to Japan. The hosts were super nice, and major Conan fans, so we really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip!
