High standard of cleanliness, towels changed frequently and it felt like a home away from home. Exceptional location and Serena was very friendly and available to give suggestions for dinner. The breakfast was a bonus in the little family run cafe downstairs. We loved our time in Orvieto and at La Magnolia. Highly recommended!

Very very clean, coffee, tea, milk and water to drink in the kitchen, amazing furniture and design, incredibly nice and helpful host, so beautiful area around the house.

The property is non-smoking and is set 22 km from Train Station Assisi. The facilities were excellent. The bed was as comfortable as could be. Few people seem to mention the comfort or the bed and the picture of a apartment reveal nothing, but a bad bed can ruin a vacation. Or host Giovanni was very helpful, friendly and accommodating, all we could wish for! We stayed there for a month and any issues we had we quickly addressed and corrected. I cant say enough about the place and the experience, but the fact that we are going back in a few months speaks for itself.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the bed and breakfast free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is situated 500 metres from San Severo Church - Perugia. Bruno is a lovely host and this is a lovely B&B. You're sharing an apartment with him so, of course, you have to respect that and recognise that - I wouldn't recommend this place for someone who can't deal with sharing - but you can't beat the location or his hospitality.

Absolutely amazing, if you are looking authentic italian countryside. The hosts Stefano and Alessandra are really helpful and welcoming, recommend restaurants or programs, make reservations, kindly asks if all went well, but never pushy. We highly recommend the Casa Etrusca and its owners

One of the great things about traveling is meeting people and you won’t meet warmer, more friendly, more helpful hosts than Luana and Marco. It's an idyllic setting and beautifully maintained, and brilliantly located to explore the area from.
