All the info was very easily laid out and the house was super clean. The wood stove was all set up for us upon arrival and worked very well. Hot tub was incredible after a long day of hiking in the Cairmgorns and was very easy to use singlehandedly. Kitchen was well stocked.

The location was beautiful and calm just a 5 minute drive from the charming town, Ballater. The hosts were warm and welcomming people that made the stay very comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing and the room was large and very cozy. We had a fantastic couple of days here.

Room was more spacious than anticipated with private bath. Quiet even with being on the main road. Delicious breakfast and even vegetarian options (including vegetarian haggis)!
