The place is very nice, you have your own hut with private bathroom and balcony with a hammock facing a beautiful pond, where you can hear the famous Pirarucu fish jumping and see a baby cayman (you don't have to go further or buy a tour to see them). It is quite comfortable. I loved the hosts, Charlie, his wife and their children. They were all lovely, kind, helpful. Also, I loved that we could have genuine conversations with them, so you make a connection with the local people. They were also flexible to change my date and leave my luggage, when I went to stay the night within the jungle.

It was such a perfect one night stay and the most comfortable sleep we had in more than 10 days in the Amazon. The breakfast was great and the hosts were so friendly and helpful! We hope to return!

The owner was absolutely lovely and very friendly. They also recommended Alex the guide who took me out to lake Tarapoto, the sloth island, an excellent night walk and to a local village all for an excellent price. Even with him only speaking Spanish and my grasp of the language being very little, we still had excellent conversation and he was great company. Would highly recommend this Refugio Maiku Puerto Nariño as a place from which to launch your Amazon adventures.

La Ceiba, Amazonas dispone de jardín, terraza y restaurante en Leticia. El hostal o pensión tiene habitaciones familiares. En el hostal o pensión, cada habitación tiene balcón. We felt very welcomed by the community. We took few of the excursions offered by La Ceiba, again, really thoroughly enjoyed the guides and what they showed us. We had excellent meals every day. This was our second time in Mocagua, would not hesitate to come back again.

Casa 1090 ubicada cerca a todo. Está en Leticia y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. El personal que lo gestiona es muy profesional y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. La casa es enorme, fresca, preciosa, tranquila y muy cómoda. Internet funciona muy bien y está bien para teletrabajar. La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de tiendas de souvenires, operadoras de tours, restaurantes, tiendas de ropa y paradas de autobuses y taxi (motocarro). Repetí mi estancia en mi segundo viaje a Leticia.
