What a fabulous property this is. We had a lovely room in the converted stable block. On arrival, we were offered coffee and freshly baked biscuits. After settling in, we took a walk around the property. There are so many places to go and relax, with lots of lovely cozy indoor lounge areas. A pool table in one room along with many board games to play with your family. So many places too to enjoy outside with comfortable lounges on the verandah, and a gazebo with seats and a gas fire. Wandering by the cabins, we saw the outdoor games for families such as horseshoe and a playground, and of course the swimming pool. We then found the river! We walked down and sat watching the people float down the Sacco River. The following morning we had a fabulous cooked breakfast from a menu we were not expecting! Beautiful and the service staff were exceptional. We highly recommend this Inn as a stopover or an extended stay with all it has to offer.

The visit to Huttopia was the most fun part of our trip, the place is great, well-maintained, clean, unusually beautiful, everything was absolutely perfect, we would have liked to stay longer. We were a little worried about how the children would react, in the end they had so much fun and didn't want to leave. Don't give up on visiting this village. We had one problem and the staff solved it, definitely a great and wonderful recommended place. Come prepared for camping, food and everything that is required in advance, it is worth the organization, there is also a food truck on site

Perfect place to decompress away from the crowd! Amazing peaceful location 15 min drive from North Conway (for shops, etc) and about 1 hour from Mount Washington. There was a beautiful, serene view from the balcony and living room, watching the fall leaves. Wood-burning stove was very cosy and welcome in the evenings. Fully equipped kitchen and condiments left by previous guests. My partner and I booked the place for 2 nights, so it was a little bit expensive for 2, but still the best option in the area. Would be great value for a group using all 3 bedrooms.

The house is both well equipped and spacious. We were two couples and were able to have quite separate interests and styles in the same overall space. The parking is convenient and the surroundings quiet.

It was a perfect location for touring the White Mountains and surrounding areas, close to North Conway for outlet shopping. The property was clean and well stocked with the basics, full bathroom, smart TV, however the bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever had on vacation! Just wow, we slept like babies, perfect for when ye on yr feet all day, hiking, just what you need! That alone deserves 5 stars
