With the property being so big, it's cozy with family in the common areas and can still feel private in the private rooms as well. Located near Khao Kheow open zoo (about 12 mins drive). The owner was very nice and helpful. He can communicate well in English. He drove us to the zoo and went to pick us up when we were done. He also dropped us off to the van station as we left for Bangkok the next day. He also cooked breakfast for us in the morning. This place is good value for money.
