Holiday Rentals in Omaruru

What a wonderful and unique lodge! The location is just breath-taking and the cabins/tents are luxurious and well spaced out from each other. And the staff is warm and professional and made sure that we for our anniversary also got a surprise from the lodge. We stayed in room 6 (thanks to others for mentioning this in their review) which has a stunning view, even better than the rest of the rooms. The common areas are well taken care of and have everything you need. We did a sunset hike (not a hike actually, it took 10 mins to get up to the small peak from the lodge), where you have an unobstructed view of the plains below the mountains during sunset. Here we could also observe a family of 18 baboons playing a hundred meters from us.

We were absolutely delighted by the amazing setting on the hill top and the warm welcome of Manuela and Michael, who really care about making their guest feel at ease! The home cooked dinner was delicious and breakfast to die for. The dogs, cats and all the animals on the farm give it an extra special feel as did the in dept night time chats by the fire! Great value for money and definitely one of the highlights of our trip in Namibia. Don’t think twice, just book!
