Beautiful rustic home right in the centre of Civita. Room was big and spacious. The host, Marianna was warm and inviting and put on an incredible breakfast every morning. The views from the terrace was beautiful. Highly recommend this place if you are staying in Civita.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality by our incredible host—always smiling, thoughtful, and truly dedicated to making guests feel at home. Every detail of our stay was infused with care and love, making this one of the most memorable experiences we've ever had. The breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary. Each morning we were woken by the smell of freshly baked croissants and treated to an abundant spread that could rival a five-star hotel: homemade fruit tarts, cake and bread, a fresh platter of homemade bacon and sausages, tomatoes, cheese, fluffy omelettes, fresh fruit, juice, and tea and coffee. Everything was crafted with passion, and you could taste the love in every bite. The accommodation itself was equally impressive—classy, elegant, and furnished with timeless antiques that added a touch of old-world charm. The terrace was beautiful and perfect for relaxing, and the room had air-conditioning. Everything was impeccably clean, tidy, and well-organised, down to the sheets and towels trimmed delicately with lace. What truly stood out was the host's attention to every possible detail—from the aesthetics to the atmosphere, nothing was overlooked. He also went out of his way to suggest wonderful places to visit and dine, helping us discover the hidden gems of Civita and its surroundings. Staying here felt like receiving a big, warm hug from Civita itself. It was not just a place to sleep, but a soulful, heartwarming experience that we will never forget. Five stars are simply not enough for the effort, generosity, and hospitality we received. Highly, highly recommended.. Each day in this sleepy town began with an awesome breakfast that included freshly baked cakes, bread, cereal, toast and a selection of fruits, yoghurt, cheese, meat, juice and coffee. Luca and family were lovely hosts, sharing their home and we enjoyed an e-bike excursion on the mountain with Luca, seeing the local sights. Suggestions to lunch up the mountain at restaurant Locanda della Quercia were a fabulous recommendation and we had to go back a second time for the great food, views and charming owners. This was a fabulous B & B and so comfortable and clean, with a lovely balcony to view the town, countryside and coastline and sea from. Could highly recommend it if you are in the region - fabulous hospitality and accommodation.
