Our best stay in Iceland. The place is gorgeous, both location, directly on the fjord, and the guesthouse itself. The shared kitchen/ dining room is comfortable and welcoming, with large windows overlooking the sea. The rooms are clean and nice, with good breakfast. The cabin was inside the wood with quiet and tranquil environment. It was homely decorated with sufficient cooking facilities. We loved the hot tub outside. The garden was also very nice. The host responded quickly to offer help when we had problem to operate the stovetop..

Jökull was a great host, extremly kind and responsive. Gorgeous and fully equipped house in beautiful Grenivík. The house is excellent for couples, friends or families travelling with kids. Grenivík is beautiful and a perfect spot to visit the north of Iceland as you are less than an hour away from Akureyri, Húsavík, Hauganes and Myvatn. By the way there is a beautiful swimming pool in town with lovely views of the fjords. Would definitely stay again!!
