Absoluty amazing place to stay! First of all ~ Anne is amazing. She made me feel very welcome and even helped carring my heavy suitcase up the stairs. The room is gorgeous with lovely sea/marina view from the balcony. The bed was super compfy and the room bright with a read feeling of home. Lots of beautiful shared extra space (garden/coffe lounge/terrass) with compfy seating. It is right in the heart of Kinsale, but feels like it's own little sanctuary with birds singing and peaceful vibe. Anne's daughter Tara even gave me a ride next morning, as all cabs in the area where booked. I already planed on staying again and can't recommend this place enough. And if you have time, to stay longer than a night, take it! It is so much to see and around in this stunning area!

The Views, location was perfect, just a little drive out of kinsale amd over the bridge , beautifully decorated well kept and clean. I didn't want to leave this place. It's perfect for group visits too
