This is an exceptionally clean and well-run, family-owned hotel. New, clean bathrooms. The level of personal attention is equal to that of a five star hotel. The hotel is just next to the beach, half of the rooms are directly facing the sea, the other half have a partial sea view. Agia Roumeli as such is a bit of a hidden gem, with a clean, turquoise sea inviting to swim, and more facilities than one normally could expect. This is due to the hikers that arrive every day via the Samaria gorge, but that mostly leave again on the 16:30 ferry.

A slice of heaven. No cars, only great sea views and clear waters. Villa Niki was the cherry on top. Amazing friendly hosts that care about each guest. The first accommodation that plays it forward. Lots of books, suntan oil, snorkeling equipment and even fishing equipment at your disposal. We were treated to delicious homemade cake and Dortlothy popped in every to clean the bins. I will not hesitate to recommend them and we will be back. Each night the candles in the patio welcomed us home. Thank you for a great stay!

Villa Niki lays a little behind the sea front so it is very litle noise and disturbance even in the middle of the day befor day tourists leave. We had the rooms in the top floor and the view from the balcony is just beautifull. The athmosphere in the hotel is very relaxing and layd back.

The staff at Villa Niki were helpful and always really friendly. The location is great - although Loutro is so small that I don't think there's a bad location, but Villa Niki is in a quiet spot right by the beach and just behind a shop, which was really convenient. The room had everything we needed, including air con and a cleaning service, and the bed was huge! The little terrace at the front had a table & chairs and a pretty view of the sea (albeit between buildings).
