I had a great stay in the small town of Annot. Unfortunately I only was able to communicate with the owner in written (text messages) but everything went extremely good. I got the door code and found the room key easily. The rooms is lovely and you see that the owner cares about how everyhting looks like. For that price the room was also very big and the couch was perfect for the rainy afternoon that I had after the hike to the big sandstones (Gres d'Annot). There is not much to do in the town and the restaurant options are limited but it is definitely worth to stay for one or two nights and do the hike. The house is on the main road through the town but it was still not loud.

Comfortable clean and very helpful host. This place is fully loaded with everything you could ever need. Sheets towels lovely shower and bath TVs everywhere and underfloor heating! The host is there whenever you need and extremely helpful.

Amazing location for the camping place, in a valley offering shadow in the morning meaning a shilly night making sleeping in a tent effortless. Free coffee in the morning and options for ordering fresh bread and pastries for a small fee. Place for cooking available, and the pool area very appreciated. Comparing to other camping spots we drove by, this seems to be the greenest with wonderful wood figure craftmanship.

The owner is really nice. He did more than we expected that our stay would be pleasant. You get a terrace in a yard just for you as well as a room on a second floor and a personal bathroom on a first house floor. There is also a toilette in a room, but shower is only in the bathroom on the first floor. We had breakfast in the terrace. Also, next to this place there is a river so the sound of running water and birds singing will definitely relax you. If you forget to buy beer or soft drinks for the evening, the owner can help you solve this issue. We came by motorbike and we got a place in a shelter to keep it. By the way the real place owner is a cat named Felix. He keeps the order.
