The apartment is lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable. Everything is very well maintained and the garden is exceptional. The hosts are really friendly and are attentive to everything you may need. Our stay was exceptional. The staff was outstanding - always helpful and attentive without being intrusive. They provided everything we needed and were especially accommodating when we encountered accessibility challenges due to snow, offering alternatives and solutions. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and enjoying meals. The property included convenient parking. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed - they were available whenever we needed assistance but respected our privacy. They went the extra mile with thoughtful touches like chocolates and consistently checked if we needed anything. Overall, a perfect balance of attentive service and personal space.

    This hotel is surrounded by the mountains, we had a view of Matterhorn directly from our room. Comfortable rooms (lots of steps if you are on top floor as there is no lift). Very good breakfast and they can cater for your dinner as well. Friendly staff and the surroundings are just breathtaking. The bus comes to the village once an hour but your own transport is recommended.
