Spacious rooms and places. House is in the center next to a lake and with summer card it's free for entry. Thanks to the summer card we saved more money having used cable cars, alpine roads etc. There are numerous restaurant near at hand by walk. Good starting point to reach almost everything in the region. From sauna house outlook is wonderful.

Very well located house in the mountains. Lot of opportunity for cycling, hiking or swimming in the nearby lake. The apartments are modern, clean and has a really nice atmosphere. The host is super friendly and helpful if you need any guidance what to do around.

The apartment is very clean, nice furnished and well equipped. There are enough parking lots for cars. The house is located in a quiet area. The host is very responsive, communication was easy. Extra: there is a coffee machine with coffee beans 😊 (It would be nice to have espresso cups as well, no criticism, just suggestion 😉) We were very satisfied, thank you for offering that great service.

everything was great! The atmosphere is very casual and family. The owners are amazing and kind people always ready to help. Breakfasts are very tasty with local, homemade goods. Rooms are very clean, cleaned everyday, sauna and wellness area are well established and again clean! It was so kind that we could use it earlier than official access hours as we got back from skiing early. Overall in my opinion it’s a great combination of luxury hotel service and casual atmosphere.

    The position: in an authentic austrian village, close to Hauser Kaibling gondola (10 min by car). The skibuss station is 100 m from the apartment. There is a good restaurant 150 m away and a Spar supermarket 5 min away by car. The hostess is very friendly.

    It is a wonderful place, very well equiped, new, clean and spacious. The house is placed at the very end of the village, so it is quite and peaceful. The owners are sympathic and helpful. The appartment is directly opened to the garden with a lot of stuff for kids. A lot of various options for entertainment is nearby, the majority is included in the Schladming-Dachstein SommerCard, which is a part of the accomodation. It would be even a great place for permanent living for us :-)
