First of all, Johana and Erald are wonderful and completely dedicated. They kept in touch with us during our trip, waited for us, and took us to the apartment. The apartment has a spacious living room, a bedroom, a terrace, and a clean, tidy bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. There’s also a washing machine in the bathroom. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. The location is fantastic, and we highly recommend the BB Rosa restaurant for lunch. Breakfast is available as an option at the accommodation—Johana will ask you about it. We chose to have it and were delighted by the taste, especially while enjoying the sun and the lake view. One of the best experiences we’ve had—we’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to all our friends. Thank you so much, Johana and Erald!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this place! It’s a quiet and peaceful location, perfect for relaxation, with absolutely fantastic views of the mountains and the lake — a real treat to wake up to. The breakfasts were delicious, everything was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. The room had everything I needed for a long-term stay: high-quality bed linen and towels, a comfortable setup, and a stylish, cozy interior. The internet connection was strong and reliable, which made it easy to work remotely. This place is perfect for digital nomads or anyone looking for a quiet and inspiring environment to stay and work. Special thanks to the lovely host, Natasha, who was very welcoming and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommended — I’d love to return!

    Lovely view of the village, garden and lake from our room. Suada is a great friendly host, and Marisa who works there has superb English. Happy to cook lovely evening meal for vegetarians (stuffed aubergine, peppers, byrek...) and good breakfast. Food and room are great value. Let us check in early as room was ready. Only 3 rooms so very quiet. Nice garden to sit in and relax. Photos of the rooms are accurate.

    Rosa is the sweetest host ever, she goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Beautiful spot right on the lake, quiet and relaxed. Lin is a tiny traditional village, not many shops and restaurants, but Rosa will cook you breakfast, lunch and dinner at a very reasonable price, so no need to go anywhere :)

    The garden is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay, and spent a whole day relaxing, reading, swimming in the lake. The staff is super friendly and serves breakfast and dinner in the garden. The surrounding village is still very calm and offers opportunities for nice walks.

    Absolutely beautiful place. The guest house is clean, the village peaceful and the location with the stunning garden right by the lake a wonderful place to relax. The owner and the cook are super nice people. We had dinner and breakfast, both were very good. The cook was flexible to make us a vegetarian dish as well.

    Is located in a very pittoresk small village in front of the lake. We could not enjoy the garden as we had rain. The house is new builded and nice decorated. From our room we had a very nice view over the lake. You can have dinner. We had fresh fish very well prepared. Your car can be parked a few meters from the hotel. I liked the small village with his narrow streets.

    Very comfortable and cosy- friendly and welcoming. Had lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace with amazing view. Very traditional style building which was beautiful. The village is so beautiful.

    This guest house was absolutely amazing. The location is beautiful. The people working in the guest house were incredibly friendly and helpful. The free parking is just round the corner. The dinner in the villa was amazing and so reasonable priced. We also made the most of the free breakfast and used the kayaks on the lake. All in all it was just the best stay. If I ever return to Albania I will be heading straight to Lin and straight to Vila 43!
