Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. I didn’t expect much from the place I booked just a couple of hours before arriving. But apparently it is a place where I want to come back. The rooms and service were good, but as a traveler my expectations are quite low and I don’t really pay much attention to such things. What always matters more to me are the people, warm conversations and the shared experiences. And I got exactly that! In such a short time, I was leaving the guys as if they were my friends. The hotel staff were very warm and helpful upon arrival, offering an arrival drink and helping us get bags to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped arrange a bus to take us from Bhaktapur to Pokhara, and took us to the bus stop in the early morning. The restaurant was prompt and tasty. The location is prime in Bhaktapur- easy to walk around from the Hotel.

The accommodation offers private check-in and check-out, and currency exchange for guests. Owner was very friendly and showed me the ropes of Nepal and Kathmandu :)

Gurung's home is a family run guest house. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Santosh also helped out a lot in figuring out taxis, money exchange and recommending activities to do in Kathmandu and around. The breakfast was also very nice :) They were also able to accommodate me leaving my luggage while I did a two day trip to Bhaktapur. Keep in mind that the location is in a more residential and quiet area which is a 10-15 min walk from Thamel which can also be quickly done in a scooter. Thanks again for everything!

Sajan is a great host and he takes care of the everything a guest needs. The location is very central and easily reachable. There is nice view of the stupa from the terrace. The room is kept clean by the housekeeping staff. The prices are definitely unmatchable. Great value for money.
