We were on low season and the only guests staying - so the shared bathroom wasn't a problem. Planes are not too loud to disturb.

They have great apple trees and invited us to pick apples. Very friendly and kind people.

Also, the place is far enough from most sources of light pollution that I saw the most stars I've seen in YEARS. Odense is about half an hour away by car for dining options or you can cook in the kitchen with a full stove/oven, or grill. The owners are so welcoming and clearly love their piece of area history having restored the buildings and quite proud of the intact millworks with a double wheel.
