We were near tram lines, restaurants and coffee shops. Use Trudi’s instructions; Google assumes pedestrians want to walk past interesting shops rather than getting there directly with luggage.

This oasis in the middle of Winterthur was completely delightful, beatiful property with historical significance and within walking distance from train and buses. Close to the historic Old Town of Winterthur. Our hosts were wonderful, lots of knowledge of the area and very willing to share their knowldge if requested. Breakfast was great, all organic, and lots of room to dine. Added bonus; we stayed here at the end of our trip and it was just a short train ride from Zurich Airport for our return flight.

Situated in Andelfingen, 32 km from Zurich Exhibition Hall, Bed and Breakfast Wegmann has a garden, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. Parking on-site is available and the bed and breakfast also features bike hire for guests who want to explore the surrounding area. Wegmann B&B is simple and home-like. For me it was the perfect location, near the train station and just up the road from my family. The host was kind and provided all the information I needed for an excellent stay. My room was clean and comfortable and the bed was perfect! I will always use Wegmann B&B for my family visits to Andelfingen. Thanks for a great visit and next time I hope to stay longer.

Fantastic rural location yet close to the main town. Good restaurant, sadly no breakfast available. Definitely can recommend this place.
