This place is a great value-for-money choice with an excellent location—right next to Fisherman’s Bastion. The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. Some might call the decor a bit dated, but we found it charming, with a vintage/Provence feel that added to the atmosphere. It actually looks and feels much better in real life than in the photos! The owner is such a lovely man, incredibly welcoming and friendly. It truly felt like visiting a Hungarian uncle—warm hospitality at its best! Breakfast was also delicious and well-prepared.

We felt so comfortable and enjoyed a great conversation with both Martin and Sre (who speak several languages!!). The kitchen was well set up for self catering and there is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Highly recommend.
