Beautiful residence in a perfect location, making you feel immersed in the Nizwa Old Town. Close to everything you need and the most warm and welcoming staff. Great location in the old town. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Coffee and dates at check-in a nice touch. The pool was great for a plunge after a long day or an afternoon siesta when the city was very warm. The meal options were convenient and food abundant (buffet). For breakfast it was very good. For dinner it was alright. Overall a fantastic experience.

Best location in nizwa, in a small side street, 3 min walk to the amazing souk. Ali Jebel is the nicest host and he tried to fulfill me every wish and we had nice talks on the terrace. Shokran! I'll come back for sure to explore the amazing surroundings ...y

Great location just outside and adjacent to the citywall. Friendly staff and private parking, which is useful as the general parking lot that many hotels use is in the wadi, and cannot be used during (heavy) rainfall.

Highly recommended. Located in city center, room very spacious even if undergrounded, a/c working perfectly. They offer us a basket of fresh fruit at arrival! Omani’s people are very friendly!

We pretty much liked the place: - Very friendly hosts. - Great location few minutes away by foot from the fort, market and many shops around. At the same time it's a bit away from busy roads, so it's very quiet. - Cheap breakfast. - Kitchen with anything you need to cook some food if needed. - Outside terrace that can be used for eating or chatting, and another rooftop terrace to chill out.
