A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

The location is excellent, a 5-10 min walk to Garni Temple. It's huge, you have a whole apartment here, family sized kitchen with a fridge and cooker, room to sleep up to 5 people. Your own outdoor and indoor dinning area. Even as a solo traveller I appreciated the extra space. It's also feels really authentic for a lack of a better term. Old school decor, wooden floors, decorated columns. I appreciated that about it. The people who run it are also super friendly and communicate well with English. They were very concerned to make sure I wasn't cold so I ended up having such a comfy night's sleep with a tone of blankets and pillows. I can't stress enough how much cheaper this is (especially for what you get) than anywhere else I have been in Armenia. I paid 5600 per night and the only place I have found that is cheaper was a hostel (ie in a bunk in a shared room) that was 4400 a night. This is barely more expensive for a whole apartment. The best deal I got in the whole of Armenia, absolutely would recommend.

The family here is so friendly! They gave us so much food! The room is lovely, spacious, the location is within walking distance to the temple. The outdoor seating area is wonderful to relax in. We would definitely stay here again!

Great view. Spacious and clean rooms. I was especially pleased with the communication of the host Liana, who wrote me beforehand and answered all my concerns about the late night arrival. Although the facility is not that new I didn't care about it much and it met all my expectations. I had a number of upsetting situations in Yerevan because the communication was off or the property owner changed the location of the stay, so here I felt very much comfortable.

A fantastic place to stay in Yerevan 🇦🇲 Arthur and his family are very welcoming and are available 24/7 to make your holiday even more special ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location is perfect. There is a 24 hour SAS supermarket nearby which gives you the best exchange rate. A 5 minute walk takes you to a Yerevan city supermarket which is the best for shopping 🛒 The metro is close by and within ten minutes takes you to the centre 😃😃😃😃😃 Or you can use the wonderful GG taxi app which only costs €2 to take you to the centre or €6 to the airport 👍👍👍👍👍 The WiFi is super fast 💻💻💻💻💻 In the kitchen there is free coffee and water ☕🥤 For food I recommend the restaurant Lavash. For a late night snack I suggest the restaurant Barbecue B.Q. for a pork barbecue 😃😃😃😃😃 A special thank you to Arthur for opening the front door after 1am and letting me use the snooker table located on the top floor 👏👏👏👏👏 This is the best place to stay in Yerevan. The location, the rooms are extra comfortable and clean, (they give to you all the necessary bathroom stuff), the breakfast is amazing. We enjoyed a lot the pool and the terrace. If I come back to Yerevan for sure I will choose Elross.
