Siambeach Resort is 12 km from Cha Am town and a 15-minute drive from Hua Hin. This property is quite privately and feel more relax, just sit in front of hotel then you feel very nice. The staff have mind service and room is clean. Also have the cafe with the good taste of coffee.

There is also a large table and chair and nice size refridgerator. Also a clean large tiled bathroom with a modern easy adjutable hot water heater. The Guesthouse entry terrace and resturant gives guests a wonderful and relaxed place to eat and meet. Within a minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and bars this Guesthouse is second to none in Cha Am. Tonto and Shirley are superb hosts. Highly recommend for short or long stays.

The property is non-smoking and is situated a few steps from Chao Samran Beach. Just a little too far to walk to the main area of shops and restaurants for my elderly parents, but otherwise an ideal and beautiful location. Great Villa, private and quiet.
