We immediately felt welcome and at home through Salem and Sanoos’s amazing hospitality - from constantly offering us chai and coffee to helping us with our laundry (which was so above and beyond - thank you Sanoos). Salem took us to the beach our first night which ended up being a magical experience - fishing for huge tuna out of the back of his boat with his brother, Walid, at sunset. We had the BBQ dinner with the fish we caught (must do) which was the freshest fish we’ve ever eaten! The next day, we had such an amazing time snorkeling with turtles (it was unbelievable), spotting them in the sea, and swimming in a calm cove. Easily one of our favorite experiences in Oman and our best stay in Oman. We will be back! Shokran, Salem!

Inside and outside cozy and boutique designed, with nice warm outdoor pool. Great location, so peaceful and quiet!

So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

Each room features a beautiful view of the beach. The rooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Staff were excellent and checked us in fast The room is specious and very clean Location was okay with sea view

The hotel is an ideal stop over to the Turtle Beach at Ras-al-Hadd, Wadi Bani Khalid and Wahiba Sands, a major tourist attraction in Oman. Best Western Sur is also convenient for business with a multipurpose conference room. Everything was perfect, we dont understand how it doesnt have a higher punctuation! Even though its not in Sur center its a good stop when you come from the dessert and then continue to Muscat or the other way around. Its easy to get to sur centre with your own car. The pool and the room its nice and the breakfast had a big choice of things. The shisha corner its also very nice presented. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Sea Turtles Guest House is a fabulous place. The host, Mr Abdullah, is very welcoming and friendly. He was constantly providing us with snacks and one night even provided a full meal for all the guests. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Wifi is good. Pool and garden area is really nice. Breakfast is amazing. Area is very quiet. Didn't want to leave!! The only negative is the amount of plastic rubbish lying around between the Guest House and the beach. This is not the fault of the Guest House. But it is such a shame that such a beautiful location is spoiled in this way.

Set in Sur, 49 km from Al Hadd Fort, 411Motel offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Very friendly staff. In the review, someone was complaining about the mattresses being too hard. The staff informed us right away about such a thing and offered us a different room. Honestly, the harder mattresses were very good for us, and we chose to stay in the same room.
