The building is decent and clean with nice quiet neighbors. The room is small, as a usual studio, yet spacy enough for 1-2 people on vacation.

The private balcony is either south-facing or has views of the hills. Reception staff was extremely friendly (Julio) and helpfull. Rooms have a little kitchenette, great showers and are of great seize. Breakfast was extended and the staff very friendly. This is a gem near the center of Cannes which we will visit more often, its heaven to be treated like guests (again) and it just needs friendly staff!

The property features a TV lounge, and a garden. It is located a 10-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The staff was incredible and did everything to go the extra mile. Very friendly and helpful indeed. We loved the building and the room. It was great to have a small area for cooking as always eating out can be a little tiresome and maybe one or two days you might want to cook your favorite meal without going out. The location was great. Not in the busiest streets but still so close to everything you want to visit.

Just 170 metres from the train station and within proximity to bus stops, the property is ideally located for visiting the Côte d’Azur. What is more, you can reach the port and beach by foot in just 5-10 minutes. The staff was amazing and the room was so clean! And the location was very good!
