This was the BEST stay I have had in Diani! Stacey was an amazing host, who took care of all of our needs from late check-in and dinner to decorating the rooms for our friends' birthdays. The rooms had spacious bathrooms with hot water, fans, smart mosquito netting, and comfy beds. The place is gorgeous - all one floor with picturesque coastal architecture - the rooms surround a courtyard that opens out to the the pool, which was clean, the perfect size and depth, and surrounded with lounge chairs. At the other end of the pool is the beach, where they have a covered beach patio with coaches and tables and other private, cozy beach sitting area right on the beach (they have chairs, a swing and couches). The beach was quiet and there were far less sea urchins than in other areas of Diani, which made exploring the ocean much easier and I would say also would be ideal if you had children with you too! The chef, Rashid, makes delicious versions of all local coast dishes, we barely felt the need to leave the hotel. We felt like we were in paradise and our whole group of 5 had only wonderful things to say - we can't wait to go back!

Comfortable rooms and suites nestled under the african canopy. So lush. So peaceful. Hudge comfortable rooms and a great kitchen with dishes from the sea. Most of all; the artsy retreat is full of creativity inspired by local culture. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing swimming pool with lovely sun loungers. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us. It’s not beach front , but this should not be off putting as it’s close to everything. We even extended our stay at this property.

Our host Markus Weiss is not only a respected figure in the region, but also a true guardian angel to me personally, as he came to my aid when I suddenly fell (seriously) ill. He is an impressive person with a fascinating life story – just getting to know him is an enriching experience. The entire team (Alpha - my brother from another mother😎, Miriam❤️, Jaqline❤️, Mary, Jacob, and many more) offers service of the highest standard: whether it's food requests, shopping, or even accompanying guests to the beach (essential as a woman traveling alone) – no wish is left unfulfilled. You can feel that they put their heart and soul into their work. Very trustworthy people (I won friends for life) - quite the opposite from the negative experiences directly on the beach(!) which btw, you just cannot avoid. The garden, which is tended daily, is stunningly beautiful, and the fresh papayas from their own garden for breakfast are simply heavenly. Most of all, however, I will miss the people on site, who showed us with their warmth what many have forgotten: humanity. I will definitely be back – THANK YOU, friends!❤

Germano Cottages Garden and Pool ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis en Ukunda. Todo! Es un sitio tranquilo y muy limpio. La cocina muy completa, las camas cómodas y el personal de 10. Repito seguro :)

The SandCastle Apartment, que cuenta con piscina al aire libre, jardín y zona de playa privada, ofrece alojamiento en Ukunda con wifi gratis y vistas al mar. Everything! We had the best time here. Short walk to the beach with great security. The apartment was clean and modern with very comfortable beds. An extra bonus was being able to go for night swims in the pool!

He drove me to buy dinner at night cause I arrived around 8pm-ish, for my safety. His colleague (Donald) was also super helpful, promptly responding to my requests - I had to mention this! I was there for a wedding, so I didn't really stay long enough within the Apartment to enjoy the serenity of the place - like the spacious room, Netflix, the beach, etc. I was always out for wedding activities. Wish I stayed longer.

Baali Diani Apartments está a 17 min a pie de Playa de Diani y ofrece piscina al aire libre y jardín, así como alojamiento con aire acondicionado, balcón y wifi gratis. Muy buen alojamiento, esta súper bien de precio, tiene una piscina preciosa y el personal es muy atento y amable. Pasamos muy buenos dias ahi. El desayuno completo y abundante. Además te dan agua todos los dias y esta a 10 min en tuktuk de la playa (andando a 20 minutos). También hay un supermercado cerca. Repetiría sin dudarlo!
