Don’t waste your time or money looking anywhere else! This place is SUPER CLEAN, and the room smelled like flowers as soon as we walked in! The room was comfortable and cozy, with a mini fridge and hot water in the shower. We truly felt at home. Barbara was incredibly helpful, always making sure we had an amazing experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was fantastic!

I would say it’s the nicest place I’ve stayed in Port Antonio ans maybe even Jamaica too, and I’ve stayed in many places. Just lovely and clean, spacious, everything you need and some lovely little touches and attention to detail. Love the outside area where you can cook and eat. Just fabulous and I wish I could have spent longer there.

Fantastic views at Friends se encuentra en Port Antonio, en la región de Portland, a 17 min a pie de Playa pública Norwich. Our stay at Friends was the most memorable part of our trip to Jamaica! Birgit and Richard were the perfect hosts to our time in Port Antonio. We decided not to rent a car in Jamaica and arrived in the evening by shuttle. Richard was easy to get a hold of, and he picked us up a few minutes from Friends, where it was best to transfer from the van that brought us to Port Antonio. I was traveling with a friend, and we rented both apartments for ample space and to have our own comfy beds. The apartments had everything we needed and convenient items for purchase in the fridge and on the shelf, including Blue Mountain coffee, a water kettle and french press. The rooms were clean, quiet and nicely decorated with views of the lush property from the lower apartment and the most amazing, nearly 360-degree views from the upper patio. Upon request, Birgit prepared a delicious and large breakfast spread each morning with fresh fruit from their property, honey from their bees, a homemade baked item, a savory warm dish, coffee and so much more! All of which we enjoyed, slowly each morning, on their beautiful wood deck built among their blooming/fruiting trees. After breakfast, we spent our days cruising around with Richard in their capable Land Rover to all the best spots listening to some great music. We went on an excursion each day and Birgit and Richard helped us plan based on the weather and other variables. Richard drove us to dinner in town before we went back to Friends or gave us a ride later in the evening. We felt so taken care of the whole stay! We spent 4 amazing nights at Friends. I am already dreaming of my next visit!

Marian was absolutely amazing, helpful and attentive. He made sure my stay was as comfortable, private and peaceful as possible. The location is beautiful, it is a little hard to get to but once you get there it is definitely worth the trip .
