The ideal location, near train, bus station and public transport, just a few minutes walk from old city center. The room was clean , and also polite owner. The possibility of storing luggage after check-out is also great. I really recommend it.

My fiancé and I enjoyed the kindness from the staff (Martino and Nicolas), the many recommendations we were given, tour guide we were set up with via the hotel, and complimentary breakfast in the morning. We met a bunch of other fun travelers from all over the world during breakfast. The hotel rooms had robes and slippers for each of us - a nice addition. And the location was great - very walkable to old town and the castle right next door!

This unique hotel features original Roman walls and structure from the early Christian St. Mary’s Basilica. The guest rooms are tastefully decorated with antique furniture and feature all modern amenities. very pleasant space and delicious breakfast, especially freshly baked cakes. The location of the hotel is in a beautiful historical part of the city, on the sea coast. Very few tourists, really calm.

Our room was super clean, the breakfast options were excellent and plentiful, and the family generously shared their books about the history of Otranto for research about the castle. We hope to return someday soon.
