We originally booked for three days but ended up extending for another three because we loved it so much. JJ and his family/staff are all very kind and friendly — they made us feel so at home in their beautiful slice of the world. Elephantine Island is very relaxed and has a lovely local feel (a very nice change from Aswan city and the rest of Egypt!). That said, you’re only a two-minute ferry from the mainland which was super easy and we went in most nights for dinner. We booked a tour to Abu Simbel through JJ which saved us from having to think about logistics of getting there ourselves 🙌🏼 we ended up being the first group there for the day so got some amazing photos and we’re back in the guesthouse by 1pm. Also the included breakfast was incredibly generous. Everyday we had fresh juice, eggs, bread, salad, cheese, fruit salad, jam & honey. Honestly amazing value and cooked with love. Plus the view from the rooftop (where breakfast is served) is beautiful, looking over the Nile. Our room also had an amazing view of the river. Honestly I can’t rave enough about this place. We feel so happy to have stumbled upon JJ Guesthouse and are leaving with some very special memories ✨🩷

Nala Narty Nubian House & Organic Farm tiene jardín, zona de playa privada, terraza y restaurante en Asuán. If you pass through Aswan, do yourself a favor and stay at Nala Narty. It really is the best place I've ever stayed. The host, Sheriff, is the friendliest person in the world. He is always attentive to his guests and wants to make sure you get to know Aswan in a unique and different way, from the food to the culture. Nala Narty has direct access to the Nile River, where you can go for a swim. Sheriff and his team's hospitality is truly out of this world (not to mention Zazu, his dog). Not to mention the facilities, which are inspired by the Nubian way of life, with attention to every detail both inside and outside the room. It is the best place to stay in Aswan. I highly recommend it. si pasan por Aswan haganse el favor y quedense en Nala Narty en verdad es la mejor estadia en la que he estado, su host Sheriff es la persona mas amable del mundo siempre esta pendiente de uno como huesped, se preocupa por que conozcas aswan de una manera unica y diferente, desde la comida hasta la cultura. Nala Narty tiene conexion direct al rio nilo donde se puede tomar un baño. En verdad la hospitalidad que tiene Sheriff y su equipo de trabajo es de otro planeta (sumado a zazu su perro) Ni hablar de las instalaciones que estan insipiradas en como viven los nubian pensando en todos los detalles tanto fuera como dentro de la habitacion. Es el mejor sitio para hospedarse en Aswan sin lugar a duda lo recomiendo

The people working in the hotel were really kind and friendly and helped me with everything. They helped me get a trip to Abu Simbel and even packaged me a breakfast for it, because the trip started so early. The room was very quiet, peaceful and clean.

Mi estancia en Dolty Kato Nubian House by Kato Dool fue simplemente encantadora. Me fascinó desde el primer momento: es un lugar mágico, lleno de color, calma y detalles que transmiten la esencia nubia en cada rincón. La atmósfera es única y especial, con una energía hermosa que te hace sentir en un sueño junto al Nilo. La hospitalidad, la calidez del equipo y el ambiente tan auténtico hicieron que fuera una experiencia verdaderamente memorable. Sin duda, un sitio al que me encantaría volver. Un pedacito de magia en Asuán.

Está en frente a la Isla. Y su anfitrión Omar es me amable y atento, siempre estás al pendiente de todo. La primera vez nos ofreció buscarnos del puerto en su lancha.

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to help and share information about the island and its history. Their hospitality made my trip even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was that the hotel allowed me to store my luggage overnight for free, which was very convenient and thoughtful. The room was also very clean and comfortable, meeting all my expectations.

Abu se encuentra en la isla elefantina muy lindo todo el personal nos trataron muy bien nos ayudaron con tour de Luxor y abusinbel ya que nosotros llegamos sin organizar nada nos ayudaron en todo su comida muy rica coman con confianza
