This is the best hotel in Hoi An and I say it because I've been there for the third time and the service is always perfect. The staff is wonderful, helpful and smiling, but more importantly, they work extremely professionally and every single detail in the hotel is perfected to its best. The location of the hotel is also exceptional, which is located in a quiet place that is at the same time communicative, there is an excellent pool with a very large relaxation area around it, and also a wonderful beach, which is another huge advantage, of course, there are all the dining options with three restaurants, a wonderful breakfast, extremely rich, both Asian and Western. The restaurant is extremely clean, the textile napkins are clean and shine with cleanliness. The rooms are extremely large and offer wonderful beds, a flat screen TV, a very well-located area where one can put their clothes and luggage, and of course, for everything, a short phone call is needed to be fulfilled without long explanations or waiting. A truly unique place where even the most demanding visitors are unlikely to find any defect anywhere. Your hotel has five stars, I highly recommend it and I myself will visit it again. I have a very good impression that the quality continues to be maintained high, which is also a rarity in our time, but here the service continues to be at the highest level, and once again I want to emphasize that the staff is extremely professional, perfectly prepared, which is always everywhere and necessary for a good result.

Guoc is an amazing host and his family is so lovely! The hotel in itself is good, the bed is confortable, great choices for breakfast (menu-type), and the room is spacious. You can directly take a bike from the hotel and visit the rice fields (5-8 min away). The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from the Old Quarter, it costs less than 1€ to get there by taxi. Moreover, there are amazing places on the same street! Great restaurants, a nice spa, and a workshop place where you can do your own lantern. I loved everything about it!

From the moment we arrive to the day we left, the staff had been friendly and welcoming. We have been around Vietnam for over 5 weeks in 4 star hotels and JM became the first hotel where one experienced a real 4 star hotel with 5 star service. Bed linen is super clean. Buffet breakfast was super delicious with the mix of Western and Eastern. There is also a shuttle to Old Town and one day the reception made a mistake about our shuttle booking and profusely apologised and even wanted to book us Grab at the hotel cost. We however declined and waited for the next one. Close to the beach and has bicycle for free use. We had lunch at the hotel twice and the food was delicious. Booking. Com pictures don’t lie

Location was great. Easy access to the beach, many restaurants, and free shuttle to Hoi An. Staff were very friendly including, cleaning staff, front staff Phuong and the hotel driver. Good A/C. I hope I can return some day soon.
