The rooms are clean and neat. Minibar, fridge, en suit bathroom with shower.
A breakfast is included. Choose your meal the day before, from a small menue, and it is prepared for you when you come down to eat. I tried most on offer and all of it was delicious.
Pool area is nice and comfortable.
The highlight of our stay was the receptionist/guest liaison named July.
A hero of our holiday.
She knows her stuff and has a lot of good recommendations and advice.
She also can handle organizing your tours, rentals, airport transfers, laundry, and more.
A hard working, and friendly woman who will enhance your experience.

Do note, this hotel is not centrally located, but it is in a beautiful quiet part of the city next to a river. A short taxi, or in our case, scoot into the old town.

BelgiumWhat a wonderful stay! Quoc and his family are lovely and go far and beyond to meet your every need. They made us delicious breakfast everyday and they also have the cutest baby!! Best way to wake up in the morning with that gorgeous smile 😊 our room was very clean and everything they wash smells SO GOOD - I’m literally still enjoying my laundry from there. The location is great and if you ever need any ride just tell Quoc and he will organise everything super duper fast. We can’t wait to back and stay with Quoc’s family again ♥️

New ZealandWe stayed 4 nights and this hotel was by far the best place we stayed at during our whole trip.
The room was spacious and had a well sized bathroom. The mattress was comfy and the amenities provided were more than reasonable for a 4 star hotel.
There are some shops, massage and food places nearby but ancient town with all its amazing food & shopping is just a 5 min drive away.
We did not have a chance to use the pool but it was always clean and well presented.
The hotel also offers free bike hire which was convenient for us when we were waiting for our airport pick up after checking out.
However, the best thing about the hotel is the staff. From the reception to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, everyone we came across was very welcoming and attentive. They remembered what activities we had planned and were always happy to go out of their way to make our stay more special. Especially Sharon the Front Office Manager who checked in with us every day at breakfast and John the porter who chatted to us daily.
We highly recommend staying here and had a wonderful time!
