The hotel is beautiful.Nice touch with some ice cream when arriving . Lovely views to the sea. We had the poolroom with seaview. If you book this roomtype, keep in mind that the sun never reaches to the sunbeds. So it is not for sunbathing. Just to relax and swim. Some sweet treats every night and some soap and earplugs, eye masks provided. When we were there it rained almost the whole stay, so it was of course a bit disappointing, also because there are not many shops or restaurants very close by. One very good one just in the neighbor though, the Treehouse. Strongly recommend. Otherwise You have to take a grab, because the street to the hotel is very poor, not in good condition and it's very dark in the evening. Food and drinks were good, pool in the evening was beautifully lit. Breakfast was ok, you can choose your eggs, and if you like asian food in the morning, they have it. Some bread, some veggies, yoghurt, a few fruits but the sweet pastries are not worth it. The bed a bit hard for my liking. So got a little backpain. Shower pressure quite low, for washing long hair. There is not much happening in the area. So if you like your peace, it's here.

The sole reason i picked W Koh Samui was the amazing room (Ocean View) they had and the view it came with. In addition i was beyond happy with the breakfast that was included with the stay! One of the best breakfast spreads! Shoutout to the exceptional Thai coconuts that me and my boyfriend had each morning! (THAI COCONUTS hands down the BEST!) Not forgetting your truly notable staff! From the check in relations to the men and women helping keep the resort such a vibrant and safe place to be in. Your staff were sincerely helpful and forthcoming. (Thank you to this good looking gentlemen who highly suggest we get our chicken wing fix at Marigold Fishermen Village and Coco Tams! Real sorry, i am bad at names!) Our stay at 242 was quite a walk, with the steep roads leading to the villa though me and the bf enjoyed it especially after the good breakfast. Your staff was always ready with the buggy ride to and fro the villa. Carry bags, slippers, sunblock, insect repellent were available for us to bring to the beach and wherever! Dont forget to take that walk to the beach which is just footsteps away from the hotel! Staff were attentive to check your needs even when you are at the beach! Oh! There is a Sweet Spot to go if you ever need a place for hydration or sugar rush as they spoil their guests further by having this spot with ice cream and drinks! I highly recommend W Koh Samui for those who want and need to pamper themselves. I couldn't have asked for a better time to spend my bf's 50th birthday at W Koh Samui!

Stunning property. All rooms offer great privacy and spectacular amenities and views. The entire resort is simply amazing and the staff incredibly attentive and helpful. Will definately be back! The bed enfolds you - I dare you to not fall asleep in 3 minutes while on it!

everything was fantastic! the staff are so helpful. the food was great as I was afraid to eat in a lot of restaurants here. the room was cleaned everyday if I wanted it, I didn’t see the need so every 2 days was fine for me. I kept rebooking an extra night as I didn’t want to leave this hotel! Ann the lady who works there, helped us out on our every need. she was very kind!

Staff, staff, staff! What makes this hotel really special and beautiful is in fact its staff. People are genuinely so respectful, kind and are willing to help with every tiny detail. Apart from that, the hotel location is the best in Samui, considering the island is a bit chaotic. Although you need to all the time get a transportation to go somewhere else it is still worth staying there. It is kind of a boutique hotel decorated with beautiful villas which will give you an amazing Thai experience. We were there for 5 days, 3 of them with really heavy rain and wind. Even though the weather conditions were not good we had the best time with our 4 year old son. Hotel has great restaurants and complementary activities throughout the day. Even if you want to do nothing and stay in the room, the room is so beautiful that you have everything you need. Dont be afraid of rain as well. The hotel is equipped with many umbrellas at any location. It is really convenient. Before going there i saw some comments about restaurants being expensive in the hotel, but i have to say the prices were ok considering the quality of the food.

Our stay was pleasant and very enjoyable at the escape beach resort. We loved the pool and beach view areas where we spent most of our stay. The restaurant also has quite a lot of great food options and the staff were very friendly and courteous. We look forward to another visit and absolutely recommend staying here!

    Perfect place for a romantic getaway . The cozy beach cottage was ideal for us, though the resort also offers villas with pools for larger groups. The beach was stunning, with soft sand and beautiful views. We loved the convenience of Fitko sports club right on the beach, offering yoga and fitness classes daily. The service was excellent, and a special thanks to Vladimir for recommending a wonderful restaurant nearby for our wedding anniversary. We also loved room service menu with a nice setting on the terrace of the cottage

    Location was perfect. Located right on the beach which was nice, especially at night to walk along the beach for sunset. Restaurant had a good variety of food and drinks. The whole atmosphere was really peaceful. Some children/ families were there but it wasn’t even loud. The bungalows were clean and spacious

    We liked the location despite not being in the heart of things. Busy Fisherman’s Village and quiet Maenam Beach both easily accessible by taxi. The situation of the pool and restaurant right on the beach is also excellent. The rooms are a good size too, they do adjoining rooms for families and the bathrooms are very spacious! We had beautiful sunsets from the resort everyday!

    Location. During high tide there was no beach so you could enjoy breakfast by the seaside. In the evening you could walk on the beach to other restaurants and bars.
