The location it excellent, removed from the city center confusion and next to the beach and the Al wakra Souq. The staff was amazing, especially Rashid that was extremely helpful with a problem with the luggage and helped us with airport and airline contacts. Breakfast and restaurant also very good. Overall a great experience.

the receptionist Shaima was very good and helpful. She did very good jib in providing with the room although I reached hotel around 10:00 in the morning.
