It is paradise on Earth. Liked how calm and serene the setting was. The home made meals were delicious. Staff were super friendly and accomodating, they were able to help us out with organising activities, transport and massages. The overall vibe is not pretentious, it's more comfortable island life. Great to stargaze or see hermit grabs go on their nightly walks. It's the perfect getway! I've stayed in the Maison twice (pre and post typhoon Odette) and I'm sure to come again :)

Accommodation was so beautiful, in the middle of the tropical garden right on the white sandy beach. The rooms simple but clean and comfortable, the food was great! The staff are all so friendly. There's about a 15-minute tricycle ride to town. We were with a little baby, we all enjoyed it. Hope we get back again.

The food in the restaurant is AMAZING! For Philippino prices it’s quite expensive (lunch about 600, dinner about 1000 - including a starter and dessert), but it is totally worth it. Staff is super nice and very helpful. Rooms are very clean, good AC. Loved it!

New resort, well put together, on the water, with big rooms. Nice ocean front bar and restaurant. 5 min from the town, via scooter, which you can rent from them for 400 peso per day. Staff is great. No pool ot gym, just charming place, with lots to do nearby if you like to dive, snorkel or swim.

Staying at Ancelle Cristo Re was in itself a highlight of our Moalboal trip! There are plenty of cheaper options nearer to the main road, but no regrets choosing to stay here — the peacefulness away from the bustle, the calm of the sea view, the cosiness of the guesthouse, and the hospitality of Sister Theresa and the other Sisters during our stay were unparalleled. It felt as if we were in our own home, with access to a private beach, outdoor dining area, cats and a dog that didn't mind us at all.
