Stunning Island with all you need available for you within 5 mins walk. Great dining options (albeit quite pricey) and a good buffet. Many options for entertainment, but again, quite pricey. The whale shark experience was 100% worth the money and would be the one thing you should book and do! Private water villa with pool beautiful with all you need in the room and a large space. Staff friendly and helpful, including bar, front of house, and kitchen staff. Sid at the photography studio also took some fantastic honeymoon pictures for us we will treasure forever. We loved our stay at Nova and would highly recommend if you are tossing up on which island to stay at in the Maldives - a true 5 star experience.

We liked everything from the very beginning, from the moment we met until we left. Akhmed is a very attentive and caring host. Our plane was delayed and we did not have time to catch the speedboat. Akhmed was constantly in touch and agreed speedboat on another time. After an hour and a half ride by speedboat, we were met by Akhmed on Dhangethi Island. When we met, he gave us a branded T-shirt and a coconut. We liked the hotel, a cozy room, everything was there, the air conditioning was silent. The hotel is located in the center, close to grocery and souvenir shops. The hotel has a kitchen, you can cook food, there is free water, tea, coffee, cakes and a veranda on which you can sit and eat. Excursions with Ahmed are a separate issue. He is a great expert in this matter. The next day we went on a manta ray excursion and swam with them, it was amazing. Akhmed films everything with his camera and then provides the video and photos for free. The next day he took us on a whale shark tour and we swam with it. My wife didn’t have time to swim after the whale shark, so Akhmed put her on his boat, they caught up with the whale shark, jumped into the water, he took her hand and literally took her to the whale shark. That was great! There were also excursions to the sand bank and snorkeling. In general, the week on the island flew by very quickly. As a farewell, Akhmed gave us more souvenir magnets. There is a lot more to tell, but we invite you to come and see everything for yourself. Thanks to Akhmed. We'll definetely come back. P.S. We ate at the Compass restaurant, stingrays swim there in the evening, you can feed them, and my wife constantly fed them and pet them. Super!

Beautiful island, jacuzzi villa lovely and the reef was great for snorkelling. Food was very tasty. it was my partners birthday while we were there and the staff provided lots of little surprises to make her day extra special

This was our second stay. And we had high hopes since our first stay was excellent - they didn't disappoint at all. The staff was friendly and competent again. The cleaning of the room was superb. The food was excellent - although since this time the resort was nearly full booked we hoped to get a bit more variety on the buffet, but this was no issue for us. They even renovated or fixed the AC - it is much quieter now and very efficient. The lagoon is amazing and great for snorkeling, swimming or just enjoying the water.

outstanding staff on the island. Mustafa accompanied us every night with a smile. schoffe and the whole kids turtle club made the trip a fun experience for our daughter. the drinks on the beach bar mixed by the friendly barkeeper accompanied the perfect sunsets. thanks a lot.

Hosnee was really kind and helpful. It happened, that I felt bad and he came with us to the Health Center. He translated to the doctor and staff in the laboratory also and organised to have one of my medication from Malé. On excursions he gave lots of advices and when we forgot about time, he just came to collect us. Food was very delicious, Ashraf made his best. It was nice to eyes and stomach as well. The room was always clean and never missed few bottles of water. They were very flexible, what ever we asked, they did (for example meal earlier or later).

The room was very nice, comfortable, spacious, and had a direct view of the sea (there is another room next to it which does not have a direct sea view). The hospitality by Odey, Ali was excellent and we always felt at home. Good excursion options as well.
