Beautiful new boutique hotel on the very quiet Kalkudah Beach. A beautiful setting with gorgeous garden and sea views from every room. Spacious accommodation including a large room and bathroom, and many communal sitting areas. Each room also includes a private terrace or veranda with comfortable furniture. The staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, with a special mention to the chef Manoj who created beautifully presented, freshly cooked and most importantly delicious food. He catered each meal to our specific requests and dietary needs. It is a wonderful property to stay and relax. It’s worth noting that there’s nothing to walk out to and the town is a bit of a distance, but you will have a lovely time staying and relaxing at this hotel. The beach itself is stunning, the water is calm, clean and warm and its is fringed by palms. Paradise

This place is class! A huge stretch of white sandy beach with essentially just the hotel on it! We had a beachfront villa which we loved. The outdoor shower is so cool and it was amazing to open the curtains each morning and walk straight onto the beach! You are assigned a personal butler for the duration of the stay and you can contact them via WhatsApp at any time and for any request. A special shoutout to Malshan here! He was so professional and very responsive to all our requests. The pool is amazing - it is huge and there are shelves on the sides you can sit and lounge in to cool down! There are books, balls, volleyball and Pétanque around here to enjoy during the day! 😊 We chose to do the destination dining and the outdoor cinema add ons during our stay and just wow. All the food was sensational throughout our stay! I recommend French toast for breakfast and butter chicken for dinner!!! There are local fishermen who work on the beach, pulling in their nets and dealing with their catch, this was a very unique thing to experience! So much more I could mention!

Nice secluded location, new building, clean and comfortable, great view from verandah over palms to ocean. Breakfast plentiful and staff very friendly and helpful I think we were first westerners to stay here and provide objective review. Read others and make your own conclusions.

The place is really clean, newly renovated, the rooms are spacious, the bed and mattress are comfortable, the air conditioning works. Very kind and helpful staff. I recommend it. I liked everything. A quiet place near the beach.

From the dining area we could see and hear the sea. It was magical. The food was delicious and the staff did everything to make us comfortable and happy. We loved staying here!

Coastal Villa, Kallady homestay was a lovely, beautiful, and peaceful place to stay. The roof is covered with the greenery bougainvillaea over it. It was an awesome luxury stay with delicious homemade food, well maintained spacious room, and bathroom spotless. The owners were very friendly and made us feel at home. My kind note as an advice to the guests who will visit the Coastal Villa. It is my opinion to share. I have read some scandalous allegations of reviewers against Coastal Villa and for its owners, and I am not in a position to believe these lies at all honestly. They provided me with homemade delicious food that I have wanted and ordered. Within the time, the host Suzan and her husband had prepared my food at the appointed time and the food was so delicious and hot there was no disappointment within my stay. I was advised by the host where I could visit the places during my stay, and visited sites so amazing. I highly recommend this place candidly and will definitely visit again.
